Owners and admins manage members, roles, billing, and API tokens from Settings.

Roles are owner, admin, and member — owner and admin can manage billing, domains, and tokens.
Invite or remove members, and organize them into groups for mail routing and access control.
API tokens for programmatic access are created and revoked from Settings → API tokens.
